shoulder=,id=, then paste in the desired item’s id after the = (no space) ,id=144326. Next you need to locate where your shoulders are located in the /simc string. There will be two options A & B, paste everything into option B. Go to /simbot, and then select stat weights. Type /simc in chat & then copy all of that information. Okay, let's start by getting all of your characters information so we can run it on raidbots and get your stat weights. This will sim all of your characters information and give you a very good estimate of your dps, to use this site correctly you will need a couple of addons. 
That being said stats are much more important than your ilvl, so let's start by ensuring you have your stat weights correct.
Kil'jaeden: 895 LFR, 910 Normal, 925 Heroic, 940 MythicĪ general rule of thumb I personally follow is I try to have at least 10 ilvl lower than the loot received.So in order to effectively do for example Heroic ToS I would recommend trying to achieve ilvl 905+, now this is not a requirement by any means, but if you want to be able to kill the bosses in a timely manner, than your whole raid group should collectively be geared to at least ilvl 905. First eight bosses: 885 LFR, 900 Normal, 915 Heroic, 930 Mythic.
